Travel Arrangements

Although the tour does not include air transport, when you have confirmed your reservation for the tour, we will be glad to help you in making your air travel arrangements. Tour participants will meet in Venice on the first day of the tour. The tour includes all ground transportation after arrival at the first hotel, and a cash voucher for transport to Rome's airport.

Payment Schedule

The tour price is per person, double occupancy, not including airfare. Note: This is a land price only. Single supplement is available at an extra variable charge. A deposit of $500 per person is required within two (2) weeks from time of booking. The balance is due six (6) weeks prior to departure. Tours offered in the late spring or early summer will be slightly higher priced.

Cancellations

If a participant has to cancel after partial or full payments have been received, the following cancellation fee schedule applies: Anytime prior to eight weeks before departure: $100: between eight weeks and four weeks before departure: $500; Within one month of departure: NON- Refundable. We strongly urge travelers to insure against canceling their tour. Contact your travel agent for information. The tour price is based on a minimum of 10 participants. In the event that an insufficient number of persons join the tour, FRT reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund all deposits.

Responsibility

This program is arranged by FRONT ROW TOURS (FRT), your tour operator. FRT has made the travel arrangements as intermediary or agent for the transportation carrier and other suppliers of services connected with the tour, all of which are independent contractors. FRT in no way owns or operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during the tour, and assumes no responsibility for the negligent acts and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents or representatives. All bookings are accepted subject to the conditions imposed by these independent contractors and FRT will make no refund in the event of their delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike or force majeure.

FRONT ROW TOURS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR PRINTING ERRORS FOUND IN THIS SITE.

Forum Selection Clause: Any litigation concerning the trip, including accommodations or any other services booked through FRT, may be brought only within the state of Massachusetts and nowhere else, and Massachusetts law will be applicable to any and all such litigation.
